What's up everyone I'm Vic Koo. At 5'10" I weighed 118lbs! I use to hide in my clothes. I'd wear several layers so I wouldn't look as thin. My family would always tell me I was too skinny and I needed to gain weight. Even some of the women I dated didn't like how thin I was. It felt impossible to gain weight. My appetite was low, and my metabolism was really high. But I didn't give up. I dedicated over 15 years of my life, learning how to gain muscle. I packed enough meat on my bones to reach 190lbs!
